Deleting your account and data

A Fazia account is optional. If you have one, you can delete it at any time, together with every encrypted copy on the server.

In the app

1. Open Settings → Account & sync.
2. Tap Delete account from the server and confirm.

The account, your email address and every encrypted copy are deleted immediately and for good. Data on the phone is deleted from Settings → Your data → Delete all data.

Without the app

Email us from the account's address at privacy@fazia.app with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• your email address and sign-in account;
• every encrypted copy of your data;
• partner links and the messages between you.

We keep nothing after deletion. A Premium subscription is cancelled separately, in the App Store or Google Play.
